The Space
SISU Spa is designed as a sequence of calm environments — spaces that support contrast without distraction. Every detail, from heat and water to light and silence, is intentional.
Our shared space is the heart of SISU. It features a large-format sauna enhanced with red light therapy, two open state-of-the-art cold plunges, and a relaxation area for water, tea, and quiet rest between cycles.

The Eldur Room & The Ísbre Room
For those seeking privacy, SISU offers two private contrast rooms. Each includes a private sauna with red light therapy, a private cold plunge, and a private shower — creating a self-contained ritual space.
Massage services are available to complement your contrast experience or as a standalone treatment. Offered by both Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) and Massage Therapists (MTs), treatments are customized to support recovery, relaxation, and mobility.

Our Community Sauna drop-in invites you to move through cycles of heat, cold, and rest at your own pace — free from schedules and distractions.
Between rounds, settle into our relaxation area to focus on breath, quiet the mind, and fully absorb the effects of contrast. Sip herbal tea or water as the body rehydrates and the nervous system unwinds.
This is time to slow down, reset, and reconnect — physically and mentally.
Best for: Daily restoration, post-training recovery, breathwork, meditation, or simply creating space to pause.

Step into a secluded sanctuary designed for uninterrupted restoration. Our private sauna rooms offer exclusive access to a private sauna, cold plunge, and shower — whether you arrive alone or with someone close. Choose the length of your session and move through heat, cold, breath, and rest at your own pace.

SISU massage treatments are tailored to meet your body where it’s at — whether you’re seeking recovery, restoration, or relaxation.
Treatments blend recovery-focused and restorative techniques such as deep tissue, relaxation, mobility work, and trigger point therapy, depending on your goals and current state.

If you’re new to contrast therapy, a shared Express or Full Cycle session is a great introduction. If privacy, focus, or celebration matters most, a private session may feel right.
Our team is always happy to help you choose.
Please bring a bathing suit and a water bottle (no glass as we are a barefoot space). We provide one towel per guest.
SISU is a clothing-required facility. Guests must wear swimwear or wellness attire they are comfortable getting wet in during their experience. Underwear is not acceptable.
SISU is a barefoot space beyond the locker room. We do not allow shoes, slides or sandals past the locker room. However, we will allow Water Shoes or Dive Socks.
Water Shoes: We recommend you take these off in the sauna.
Dive Socks: These also keep your feet warm in the ice bath!
Dive Socks and Water Shoes should be indoor only.
While contrast therapy is generally safe, we recommend consulting with your physician if you have cardiovascular conditions, are pregnant, or have other health concerns. Our team can help guide you.
Always sit on a towel in the sauna. Always shower before entering ice bath.
